Land & Heritage is a company established by current owner Brian Conroy. Since the early 1990s, initially in the south east of England and more recently in County Meath, the company has been active in property development, restoring heritage buildings and creating premium hospitality and tourism businesses.
At Tankardstown House, Conyngham Arms Hotel and Boyne House Slane, we have created thriving hospitality businesses. Our planned new developments will further demonstrate our commitment to the regeneration of the historic village of Slane, County Meath, gateway to the Boyne Valley.

Owner Profile
Brian Conroy is an entrepreneur with a successful track record in property development, restoration of heritage buildings and operation of hospitality venues. Having grown up in Monkstown, Co Dublin, he moved to the UK and built a thriving engineering and property business, before returning with his family to Tankardstown, Co Meath.
